BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period. Even with access to my bank account and its current balance they attempted to issue checks and overdrew it by a thousand dollars. The heaters cut off for days at a time in the dead of winter more than once and they did not fix this even with multiple tenants called to complain more than once. I had a two year old at the time and they did not care. I received the buildings water bill, taxes, etc.

I’m currently ending my business relationship with this company. The property manager has failed me in every regard. They failed to collect rents on time i had to knock on tenants doorsthey failed to follow up with delinquent tenants on a monthly basis, they failed to respond to maintenance requests. I had to submit names for evictions and had to follow up with them on statuses. Attorney bills were not fully disclosed after multiple attempts to understand the costs being incurred.
