The market prices of the Shares will generally fluctuate in accordance with changes in NAV as well as the relative supply of and demand for the Shares on the Exchange. Thus, an investor may pay more than NAV when buying Shares in the secondary market and receive less than NAV when selling Shares in the secondary market. The weights of these companies are then set at the cap weight, and the weight over the cap weight is then redistributed across the remaining stocks in the exact proportion of the original weights of those stocks. Although shares of the Fund are listed for trading on one or more stock exchanges, there can be no assurance that an active trading market for such shares will develop or be maintained by market makers or Authorized Participants.
