bruce field metro investments reviews

Bruce is the most understanding and least invasive landlord I have ever had. I have several pictures on thermometers in my apartment that show the apartment to be at 54 and 61 degrees, well below the state law of 67 degrees. When we were ready to move out he kept most of our security deposit as payment for the water bill but never provided an invoice.

Reviews for Metro Investments

Email Business. Metro Investments was very hard to get a hold of, and I waited 45 minutes for Bruce who never showed. I left a message around 5 the office is only open till 4 about the misunderstanding. They have not yet called me back and it has been 2 days. Extremely unprofessional, I was very disappointed. Don’t do business with.

I held a one year lease with Metro Investments from to Here are my concerns with this business: 1. I moved in to find plumbing issues and discussed these with the management.

They scheduled a maintenance man to come and fix the toilet in September I came home around 8pm to find my apartment door wide open after the maintenance man forgot to close and lock the door. Metro Investments closes at 5pm, meaning my apartment door was open for at least 3 hours.

The maintenance man actually broke the toilet innvestments further and the toilet was never fixed throughout the entire lease. In Octoberthe maintenance man left his ring of keys labeled for every apartment that Metro Investments owns in the lobby of the building. I contacted Bruce Field to return the keys and he was unprofessional and rude to me. I asked him what he planned to do about the security issues in the building. He raised his voice to ask me, «»What do you want?

During the reviiews months, I complained several times that the heat was not working. I have several pictures on thermometers in my apartment that show the apartment to be at 54 and 61 degrees, well below the state law of 67 degrees. I called the Shorewood Building Inspector and left a voicemail about the issue, but my call was never returned. Metro Investments is putting people’s lives in danger. They are unwilling to maintain a invetsments temperature and are irresponsible nruce keys and security issues.

We lived in one of Metro Investments buildings for one year. We had the best experience with. Bruce Field is great landlord and wonderful maintenance guys. We did receive our entire security deposit back minus the water and sewer bills. We talked to Bruce about the water bills and he pointed out in the lease where it explains the charges and he even sent us an invoice from each quarter, which was also very helpful. We were late with rent one month and Bruce was very understanding.

We had an issue in the building with one of the units having parties and Bruce took care of it immediately. While in college we lived at one of Metro Investments properties located at Humboldt for two years. It was really unpleasant for us.

During that year we: — dealt with the owner who was unresponsive to our maintenance requests. We asked him to get a fifld that was leaking fixed we had to pay for water.

They didn’t respond for more than two weeks! Once they finished work the faucet still leaked and the owners refused to solve the problem. When we were ready to move out he kept most of our security deposit as payment for the water bill but never provided an invoice. He also tried to say that we owed him more money. We lived on invesmtents ground floor and we would have tenants that would have mini parties outside, right in front of our windows.

Bruce field metro investments reviews asked both the tenant and the owner to help us resolve the issue; we were ignored. We called the police instead. There would often be people hanging around the building that didn’t live there it’s a small 8 person building so you know who your neighbors are. These people are always letting other people in and sticking things in the doors to prop it open. We asked for this to be fixed and we were ignored.

Between the extreme deferred maintenance cracked flooring, tile, bricks drywallthe unsafe living arrangements and the terrible service, I’d say that its a good idea to stay away from Metro Investments. They’re in it for the buck and aren’t at all concerned about keeping tenants happy. BBB Rating and Accreditation information may be delayed up to a week.

Investments that pay you monthly

While more frequent dividend payments mean smoother income streams, investors should choose their monthly dividend stocks only after conducting robust due diligence on a company’s core fundamentals, and not solely because of its high monthly payout history. By Marc Pearlman. That’s why income investing was such an important discipline that every trust officer, a bank employee, and stockbroker needed to understand. A better choice may be bond funds, which you can learn all about in bonds vs. All else being equal, an income investing portfolio structured this way wouldn’t run out of money, whether you lived to 67 or years old.
